Can I try out for a team in a higher age group? What happens if I do not make the team, can I still compete in my own age bracket?

Players may tryout for a regional team or take part in a SuperCamp at a higher age group level.  If a player is unsuccessful in being selected to that team, they are still eligible to compete in their own age group bracket.  However, if players participate on a U15 regional team they may not simultaneously participate on a U14 team. Players may however, be invited to attend the Provincial Team Selection camp held for the U15 or U14 Provincial Team in their respective age brackets.

Please note, players that wish to partcipate in the U14 BC Summer Games program must attend a U14 Regional camp and participate on a U14 Zone or Regional Team.
